Self-observation, not professional certification
Safely understand your phone’s condition
This guide does not access phone hardware, diagnose automatically, upload personal data or generate certification.
If you notice swelling, smoke, unusual smell, abnormal heat or liquid damage, stop use and charging and contact a qualified technician. Do not dismantle, puncture the battery, immerse or run hazardous stress tests.
Appearance
Under even light, inspect screen, back, frame and lenses. Note scratches, cracks and lifting. Appearance is not a functional result.
Display and touch
View solid colors and use a normal drawing app to check center and edges. Record gaps or persistent images.
Battery and charging
Use only supported system battery readings and compatible, intact charging equipment. Do not estimate health from perceived runtime.
Cameras and sound
Check each camera and record/play a short clip without private information. Note audio or image issues.
Buttons and connectivity
Check power, volume, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and calls in normal use. Do not mark an untested feature as passed.
Professional verification
Provenance, loss reports, management locks, repairs and safety assessment require appropriate people and evidence. Self-checks cannot replace them.
